Service Description

**Price Packages available for this service 1 on 1 sessions will provide you with better knowledge of your body, and what level you are at. You can ask questions and have a flowing dialogue with me throughout so you get a deeper understanding of what you should be feeling. I personalize each session to suit each person. I recommend 1-1 sessions for those new to Pilates, post-natal, or any specific goals in mind. Request to book to arrange a suitable time slot and location.

Cancellation Policy

Zoom Classes; to cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance and I will refund you and manually amend your booking. This is to enable your place to be filled as there are limited spaces in class. Thank you for your understanding. Village Hall Classes; This course is non refundable due to the venue needing to be pre-booked in advance. If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, I will give you a free coupon to use with any of my 1 hour zoom Pilates sessions.
