Service Description

Join me for 4 consecutive sessions of Pilates, Thursdays at 8pm at the Cranbrook Education Campus. Classes start 8th June 2023 Location; Cranbrook Education Campus (EX5 7EE)- Primary Hall 1 hour mixed ability class. We work on posture, before mobilizing our joints. We then move into the main phase of exercise, consisting of a variety of exercises to strengthen our core muscles and improve flexibility. This class is suitable for anyone, no previous experience needed. I will provide modifications and progressions throughout so you can pitch it at your own level. Bring a mat, a block if you need, and some water.

Cancelation Policy

Zoom Classes; to cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance and I will refund you and manually amend your booking. This is to enable your place to be filled as there are limited spaces in class. Thank you for your understanding. Village Hall Classes; This course is non refundable due to the venue needing to be pre-booked in advance. If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, I will give you a free coupon to use with any of my 1 hour zoom Pilates sessions.
